1. Acceptance of the Terms
Using Rapido Server's services (virtual servers/VPS, dedicated servers, hosting, domain registration and management, and other infrastructure services) means that you have read and fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please refrain from purchasing or using the services. These terms have been drawn up in accordance with the laws of Iran, including the Computer Crimes Act, the Electronic Commerce Act and the resolutions of the Committee for Determining Instances of Criminal Content.
2. User Responsibility
Full responsibility for any content, data, software, website or service that the user uploads, runs, hosts or publishes on a VPS, dedicated server, hosting account or registered domain — as well as for any action carried out using these services — rests entirely and without exception with the user. Rapido Server only provides the infrastructure (hardware and network resources) to the user; it does not monitor the content on users' servers and accepts no responsibility for it. The user undertakes to:
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when signing up, making purchases and registering domains.
• Keep their login credentials (username, password, SSH keys) confidential; any misuse resulting from the disclosure of this information is the user's responsibility.
• Independently maintain backups of their important data.
3. Prohibited Uses
Using Rapido Server's services for any of the following is strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in the immediate suspension or termination of the service without prior notice and, where necessary, a report to the legal authorities:
• Publishing or hosting content that violates the laws of Iran, or content that is criminal, obscene, offensive or infringes public rights.
• Sending spam, phishing, malware, ransomware or any other malicious code.
• Cyberattacks, including DDoS, port scanning, intrusion into other systems, brute-force attacks and other hacking activities.
• Running public filtering-circumvention services (public VPNs/proxies) for sale or wide distribution without the required authorization from the competent authorities.
• Infringing the intellectual property rights, copyrights or trademarks of third parties.
• Any use that places an abnormal load on shared infrastructure and disrupts the service of other users.
4. Domain Registration and Management
Domain registration through Rapido Server is subject to the rules of the relevant registry (including ICANN for international domains and the ".ir Domain Registration Center" for .ir domains). The user is responsible for the accuracy of the contact and ownership information entered when registering a domain; incorrect information may lead to the registry suspending or cancelling the domain. Renewing the domain on time is the user's responsibility; failure to renew may result in the loss of the domain. Using a registered domain for content or purposes that conflict with Section 3 of these terms is prohibited, and full responsibility for doing so lies with the user.
5. Suspension and Termination of Service
Rapido Server has the right to suspend or terminate a service, temporarily or permanently and without a refund, in the following cases: violation of any provision of these terms, failure to pay fees on time, receipt of an official order from judicial authorities or competent regulatory bodies, or any activity that endangers the integrity of the infrastructure or other users.
6. Payment, Renewal and Refunds
Service fees are collected before activation. Renewing monthly/annual services is the user's responsibility; Rapido Server accepts no responsibility for the suspension of a service that has not been renewed. Refunds are issued only in accordance with the policy announced for each plan, or at the discretion of support in cases of a proven technical fault on Rapido Server's side.
If the user voluntarily deletes a monthly server before the end of the paid period, the fee for that period is considered fully used, and no amount — neither for the remaining period nor in full — is returned to the user or their wallet; the amount paid is non-refundable.
7. Automatic Deletion of Unrenewed Services
A service that is not renewed or topped up is automatically and permanently deleted after a set period. This rule applies in three cases, and in all three the period is 72 hours (three full days) from the moment of suspension:
• End of subscription: a monthly server is suspended on its expiry date and, if it is not renewed within 72 hours, it is deleted from the website and from the host server (virtualization node).
• Traffic exhausted: when the traffic quota runs out, the server's network is suspended and, if no additional traffic is purchased or the service is not renewed within 72 hours, the server is deleted in the same way.
• Insufficient wallet balance on pay-as-you-go servers (Section 8): when the wallet balance runs out, the hourly server is suspended and, if the wallet is not topped up within 72 hours, the server is deleted in the same way.
Deletion means the complete erasure of the virtual machine and all the data on it; the data, the IP addresses or the server itself cannot be recovered afterwards. A released IP address returns to the pool and may be assigned to another user. Before deletion, the user is notified of the suspension through a notice in the user panel and by SMS/email; responsibility for renewing or topping up on time and for keeping backups lies entirely with the user. No refund is given for a deleted service.
8. Pay-as-you-go Servers
8-1. Pay-as-you-go (hourly) servers require no prepayment; instead, the rental of the resources allocated to the server — including CPU, RAM and disk space — as well as the traffic consumed is deducted from the user's wallet every minute. Rental charges continue for as long as the server exists, even when it is powered off, because its resources remain reserved for it; to stop the charges, the server must be deleted. The hourly rate and the price per gigabyte of traffic are calculated from the pricing of the server's location (subject to Section 9) and are shown on the server page.
8-2. If the wallet balance runs out, the server is automatically suspended and is reactivated once the wallet is topped up again; maintaining a sufficient balance is the user's responsibility. Under Section 7 of these terms, if the wallet is not topped up within 72 hours of suspension, the server is automatically and permanently deleted.
8-3. IP health: the reachability of each server's IP address from domestic operators is checked and recorded at the moment of delivery. If the IP was clean at delivery and is blocked by operators (becomes "dirty") while in the user's use, the cost of that IP is borne by the user. This status is checked again when the server is deleted, and also, for the user's other hourly servers, when a new hourly server is created; if the IP is blocked:
• the server in question cannot be deleted until the IP fee has been paid (deducted from the wallet with the user's confirmation);
• no new pay-as-you-go server can be created until the fee for the blocked IP has been paid.
The recorded debt remains on the user's account until it is paid. If the server is powered off or suspended due to insufficient credit at the time of the deletion request, it is temporarily powered on to perform this check; if the user decides not to delete it, the server returns to its previous state (powered off or suspended). The progress of the check is shown to the user during deletion. An IP address that was already blocked at the moment of delivery incurs no cost for the user.
9. Pricing Currency
9-1. Prices for virtual servers inside Iran are set in Toman. Prices for servers outside Iran are set in US dollars or euros, and the currency of each location is shown at the time of purchase and on the server page as the "billing currency of this server".
9-2. For servers priced in dollars or euros, all charges — including purchase, renewal, traffic, per-minute rental of pay-as-you-go servers and resource upgrades — are calculated in that same currency.
9-3. All settlements and wallet deductions are made in Toman: the foreign-currency amount is converted to Toman at the live open-market rate (as published by tgju.org) at the very moment of payment. As a result, the Toman amount for renewing or using a foreign-currency server changes with the exchange rate; the foreign-currency amount and its Toman equivalent are shown in the user panel before every payment.
9-4. If the live rate is unavailable, the most recently recorded rate is used; if no rate is available at all, the payment is not processed until a rate has been obtained.
10. Terms for Dedicated Servers
10-1. Dedicated servers are offered on a monthly rental basis. After review and approval by our specialists, each order receives a first-month proforma invoice, payable from the wallet or directly through the payment gateway; the server is prepared and delivered after payment.
10-2. A dedicated server must be renewed before its expiry date. Renewal reminders (7, 3 and 1 day before expiry) are sent to the user through website notifications, SMS and email, and a one-month renewal proforma invoice is issued in the user panel three days before expiry, payable from the wallet or through the payment gateway. Renewal is available for one month at a time only. Renewing on time is the user's responsibility.
10-3. Traffic on dedicated servers is commitment-based: a "traffic payment commitment" is set for each server and shown in the user panel. Each time unsettled usage reaches the cap of this commitment, the traffic commitment falls due and a traffic proforma invoice is issued and announced. If this proforma invoice is not paid within 24 hours of being issued, Rapido Server has the right to cut off the user's access to the server.
10-4. The user can enable automatic payment of traffic invoices and renewals from the wallet balance in their panel; maintaining a sufficient balance is the user's responsibility.
10-5. In the event of non-payment within the deadline, a violation of these terms or the end of the contract, the user's access to the server is cut off and its status is shown in the user panel as "Access revoked". Once the server has been handed over to another customer, the data on it cannot be recovered.
11. Limitation of Liability
Rapido Server makes every effort to provide maximum stability and uptime, but accepts no liability for damages resulting from unforeseen outages, force majeure events, data loss in the absence of the user's own independent backups, or the user's own actions. Full responsibility for any damage resulting from misuse of the service by the user, or by third parties who gained access to the service through the user, lies with the user.
12. Privacy
Users' identity and contact information is used solely to provide the services, issue invoices and for essential communications, and is not disclosed to third parties without the user's consent or a legal obligation — except within the framework of an official request from the country's judicial and regulatory authorities.
13. Changes to the Terms
Rapido Server may update these terms at any time. The updated version is published on this page, and continued use of the services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
